Roadrunner Records: Slipknot

Roadrunner Records asked Applied Art to create a TV spot for the release of Slipknot’s new music
video “Snuff”.

ISU Basketball

Using footage shot at the first game of the season with the state of the

art RED camera, the TV spot for ISU Men's Basketball builds with

anticipation for the new season.  The high speed video recording allowed for

motion ramp effects and the ability to use a close up image from the

footage without compromising

the image integrity.

Joe Pundzak Purina MIlls

Applied Art worked with Producer Joe Pundzak and Purina Mills on a video announcing a new line of equine feeds to its dealer network. The movie trailer style video featured Cooper, an electrically charged horse.

Wellmark

Applied Art was tapped by Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa, and their agency, Nicholson Kovac from Kansas City, to produce a series of spots for Wellmark’s Under 65 product line. An animated 3-D ribbon emphasized the concept of Simply Blue.

Firestone

This TV spot was produced for the Meyocks Group and their client,

Firestone.  Applied Art repurposed video footage of a field test, adding

graphics and post production effects to create this eye catching spot.

The purpose of the spot is to drive customers to the website to watch an

in depth video demonstrating the superior traction of the Firestone tire.

Wellmark

Nicholson Kovac and Wellmark again chose Applied Art and director Marty Jorgensen, to complete a package of spots for Wellmark’s Medicare supplement product line. This was a reunion of sorts for Jorgensen and Jan Sheehy from Wellmark, who have worked on Wellmark campaign materials together since 1982.

Quakerdale

Applied Art worked with Strategic America to produce this TV Spot for Quakerdale, a private, non-profit organization that helps children and families overcome challenges to live better lives.  This spot was shot on HD over green screen and uses 3D graphics to create a completely virtual environment.
