Iowa Veteran's Museum

November marked the opening of the new Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum in Waterloo. The Applied Art team brought together its wide range of creative and technical talents to deliver interactive, AV and video-based activities honoring contributions of Iowa veterans from the Civil War through
Current Conflicts.

MidAmerican Energy

A new Flash-based interface now welcomes visitors to the touchscreens on the MidAmerican Energy kiosks. These portable kiosks and permanent event center exhibits – produced and managed by Applied Art – have been a successful communication channel for more than 6 years!

Living History Farms

This grain bin interactive kiosk delivers farm history to audiences of all ages at the Wallace Crop Center at Living History Farms. Applied Art developed the museum computer interactive from historical resources provided
by the Farms.

John Deere AMS

John Deere Ag Management Solutions teamed with Applied Art to create computer-based simulators to demonstrate its satellite-based precision ag management system. Visitors can steer a tractor through a simulated field or activate the automated guidance system for hands-free farming. Simulators traveled to meetings, farm shows, and dealer training sessions.

Iowa Hall Of Pride

Making baseball calls from stereoscopic video … experiencing a hi-def multi-angle All-State Music Festival performance … exploring the multitude of information Iowa high school students have uploaded about their schools and communities … all these premiere activities in Des Moines’ Iowa Hall of Pride (and more) are the handiwork of the Applied Art team.
